An incredibly powerful (yet underutilized) trick for dismantling destructive & limiting beliefs
If you have a hard time breaking certain habits… or reaching a level of success you’ve only been able to achieve in your dreams…. and you’ve tried nearly everything under the sun to make a difference but nothing does…

If you’re the type of person who balks at the idea of using the Law of Attraction… or harps on all the granola-eating woo-woo hippy types for preaching ‘One Love’ and ‘manifesting abundance’… then this article likely isn’t for you. And that’s entirely okay.
Feel free to move on, Champ. No harm done.
However, if you’re someone who likes to keep an open mind and explore anything and everything that could potentially make a positive impact in your life… then I’m sure you’ll welcome this information with open arms.
What I’m about to talk to you about is an incredibly powerful (yet underutilized) trick for dismantling limiting beliefs and reprogramming the mind to work for you instead of against you.
Because here’s the thing…
Your entire life is dictated by your beliefs. Many of which you picked up when you were very young. And those beliefs have consciously or unconsciously shaped every aspect of your character.
You are who you are because of the thoughts you carry most often in your mind and the societal, cultural, familial, and spiritual programming you’ve picked up throughout the years.
Changing your conscious thinking is easy enough. You can do that gradually through meditation, mindfulness, and strengthening your mental fortitude.
But changing your subconscious programming is a little harder. This is the stuff that directs your life in the background without even knowing it.
- Never escaping a life of poverty because you grew up being poor;
- Constantly attracting bad relationships because that’s what you observed your parents doing in the home;
- Perpetually feeling unworthy of love because it wasn’t shown or given to you when you were a child;
- And on and on and on.
These are the deep-rooted, unconscious beliefs that tell you who you are and where you stand in the world. They dictate nearly every aspect of your life.
Some of the programming you picked up might be beneficial and constructive… such as those that come from having a loving and supporting family.
On the other hand, though, some of your programming (and in many cases, a lot of your programming) might be destructive and holding you back. If you ever feel unfulfilled or unmotivated or suffer from an overwhelming sense of unworthiness, then it’s likely this is the case.
The good news is that these programs can be changed — and with them, the entire course of your life.
One of the ways this happens is through an earth-shattering, life-altering experience… otherwise known as an experience that happens rarely, if ever at all. Obviously, this isn’t the optimal method.
The other way, though, is much, much easier. It takes work, of course (and your consistent and persistent effort) but it can be done.
