How to Easily Make Lasting & Meaningful Change in Your Life

And avoid failing before you even begin

Have you been trying to make big changes in your life?

If so, then there’s something I need to tell you — and until you understand what I’m about to say, you’ll likely sabotage every attempt you make to bring about lasting and meaningful change.

And what I want to tell you is this:

Don’t try to change too much at once.

Or put another way…

Focus on ONLY one change at a time.

That’s it.

Time and time again, people try to recreate themselves by taking on goal after goal after goal. And do you wanna know what happens? You got it — nothing!

They get overwhelmed. They start falling behind. They fail at their first goal and destroy their motivation for everything else. They tried to take on too much at once and caved under the pressure.

And that’s okay — it happens to everyone at one point or another.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Instead, this is what you should do:

Pick one (and ONLY ONE) thing you want to improve right now. Eating better, exercising more, playing the guitar — whatever it is, choose that one thing you know is going to have a big impact on your life.

And once you know what that one thing is, do everything in your power to make it happen. No matter what else you do, your success is ONLY measured based on completing that ONE thing.

Day after day after day. This is the ONLY thing you need to accomplish.

If you do this, you’re going to notice something quite profound.

You’re going to start doing it!

Maybe you miss a day here, maybe you miss a day there. But every night when you go to bed, you’ll know what you need to accomplish tomorrow. And when you wake up in the morning, you’ll know what you need to accomplish today. It’s your ONE thing — and eventually, it’s going to start becoming a habit.

It might take an entire year to make it a habit, or it might click and happen for you in the first month. But once it does, not only will your life be impacted by accomplishing the goal, you’ll also be ready to take on the NEXT thing.

And so it is.

One foot in front of the other. One change at a time.

Pick your one thing and pursue it relentlessly. You WILL accomplish it if you give it time every day. That’s a promise.

Now go forth and make it happen.
