Yesterday, I wrote about the Self Confidence Formula and how you can use it to help you become a more self-reliant and successful person.

If you haven’t read that article yet, you can go ahead and get caught up here — otherwise, I’d like to now expand on the formula and exactly how I use it to win the day before the day even begins.

If you follow this exact process, I suspect the same will happen for you.

So, without further ado, let’s dive in.

How to use the Self Confidence Formula

A major part of the Self Confidence Formula is that you have to repeat it to yourself (aloud) at least once per day…

… meaning you’ll need to set aside some time to make this happen.

If you’re like most people, there never seems to be enough time in the day.

So what do you do?

My suggestion? Do it first thing in the morning — this way, you’ll feel amped up and ready to kick ass before the day even begins.

So Step 1 = Repeat the Self Confidence Formula first thing in the morning.

But it doesn’t end there.

As you repeat the formula to yourself, you’ll notice this statement:

“I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality — therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for 30 minutes daily upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.”

See what I bolded there?

Now you might be asking yourself…

“When the heck am I supposed to do that?”

Easy — you can do this directly after you repeat the Self Confidence Formula… and you start by recalling your Chief Aim Statement first.

So Step 2 = Recall your Chief Aim Statement and then spend 30 minutes thinking about the person you intend to become.

Once you’ve done this, you’re almost at the finish line. But there’s still one more step we need to take care of before all is said and done.

Recall this part of the Self Confidence Formula:

“I know through the principle of Autosuggestion that any desire I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object — therefore, I will devote 10 minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of self-confidence.

That’s right — you still need 10 more minutes to finish this off.

So, once you’ve completed Steps 1 & 2, you’ll move into the last phase.

Step 3 = Spend 10 minutes developing your self-confidence — one way to do this is to repeat the statement “Every day I become a more self-reliant, confident, and successful person.”

And that’s it.

The whole process takes around 45 minutes — and if I’m being honest, it’s probably the most important 45 minutes of my day in regards to my own personal growth and development.

So, to recap the steps:

  1. Repeat the Self Confidence Formula aloud first thing in the morning.
  2. Once complete, immediately recall your Chief Aim Statement and then spend 30 minutes thinking of the person you intend to become.
  3. Finally, spend 10 more minutes developing your self-confidence — you can do this by repeating the simple phrase/mantra from above.

Repeat these steps daily and I promise you’ll begin to notice a difference in your attitude, drive, and determination to manifest your desires.

It’s a commitment, no doubt — but the rewards are endless.

Try it out for yourself and you’ll see what I mean.

Halt right there!
