Wanna hear something crazy?

Ireland’s Supreme Court just ruled that Subway’s bread has too much sugar to actually be bread.

Can you believe that?

Wasn’t it only a few years ago that Subway was under fire because their ‘chicken’ was more than 50% not chicken?

Isn’t Subway supposed to be a ‘healthy’ option?

What the heck is going on here?

I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love a good Subway sammy. Get me a 12-inch Chicken Bacon Ranch on Parmesan Oregano and I’m golden. In fact, my mouth’s watering just thinking about it.

But that’s neither here nor there.

The point is…

If I get Subway, it’s not because I think it’s ‘healthy’…

No no — if I get Subway, it’s because I’m feeling lazy and wanna stuff my face with junk. Simple as that.

But at least I know the difference.

I KNOW that Subway isn’t healthy for me.

Unfortunately, many people don’t.

Many people think places like Subway are ‘healthy’ because they’re promoted that way. They buy into the lie hook, line, and sinker and, as a result, their health suffers because of it.

It’s not fair.

It’s not fair to be lied to.

It’s not fair to have the wool pulled over our eyes.

It’s just not fair.

So what do you do?

How do you deal with all the lies and deception?

Well, you start by reclaiming your life.

Reclaim your body.
Reclaim your mind.
Reclaim your spirit.

Reclaim anything and everything you possibly can.

Every day, there are forces at work trying to fool you.

Don’t let them.

Keep your guard up and never fall for their traps.

First, it starts with too much sugar in your ‘bread’.

Then it’s something much, much more than that.

And if you think I’m only talking about sandwiches here…

You’ve got some waking up to do, my friend.

Meet me here when you’re ready to rise.

Halt right there!
