Do you ever wake up feeling… not awake?

Like you have little-to-no energy to start the day?

Like you’d rather get back in bed and sleep another 7–8 hours?

You’re not alone.

In fact, this is a problem that’s far more common than you think.

Fortunately for you — and after years of trial and error — I’ve found a few powerful tips that’ll help you:

  1. Wake up feeling refreshed and recharged, and…
  2. Feel ready to kick ass all day long.

You ready? Great!

Let’s hop to it.

Morning Energy Tip #1: Get Enough Sleep

Yes, I know — you already know this.

But chances are, you’re not following along.

It’s funny. Most people who wake up with no energy look for tips to reclaim that energy. Then, when asked how much sleep they’re getting, they reply with 5, 6, maybe 7 hours.

Seriously, WTF?

If you’re not getting 7–8 hours of sleep every night, your personal energy is going to suffer. Period.

Sure, there are some for whom this won’t apply. But that’s a small percentage of people. And if you’re someone who’s waking up with little energy, it’s obvious you’re not one of them.

So get enough sleep, every night, and do that for at least a week.

There’s no need to move on and try something else until you’ve mastered this step first. So spend some time nailing it down.

And if you’re still lacking energy after doing that…

Then the problem’s likely something else.

So stay tuned for the next one and we’ll keep diving into it.

Morning person? Night owl?

Either way, there’s an untapped fortune lying hidden in your schedule. If you’re finally ready to discover it, click right here and I’ll show you how.
