Frolicking along from yesterday’s article.

Let’s get you up and out of bed with some energy, ya dig?

Morning Energy Tip #2: Screen-Time Curfew

In an age of lockdowns and quarantines, I’d hate to throw another restriction in the mix.

But if you ever want to spring out of bed with vigor and ease, this little ditty’s an absolute must.

What am I talking about here?

I’m talking about your screen time.

Smartphones, tablets, laptops, Leap Frogs — ALL can be a major, major detriment to your sleep.

And if your sleep suffers…

So does your ability to get out of bed with the wakefulness and energy you’re striving for.

Don’t let that happen to you.

Instead, set yourself up with a “Screen Time Curfew.”

How? It’s easy!

30–60 minutes before you want to go to sleep, shut off ALL screens and put them away.

That means…

  • No more phone;
  • No more TV;
  • No more tablets, digital games, or screens of any kind.

This is going to help you in two powerful ways.

First, it’s going to help you limit the amount of sleep-destructive blue light that’s getting through to you.

Second, it’s going to help you create much-needed restorative space between you and the digital world.

And both will have a tremendous impact on your ability to wake up with boundless reserves of energy.

So if you’re someone who’s struggling to wake up feeling refreshed and recharged…

Set yourself a Screen Time Curfew and watch how much it helps.

I think you’ll be amazed at what a little less screen time can do.

Morning person? Night owl?

Either way, there’s an untapped fortune lying hidden in your schedule. If you’re finally ready to discover it, click right here and I’ll show you how.
