You do it every day.

Only problem is, most of the time, you do it wrong.

However, if you actually took the time to learn how to it right, your entire life could change.

Your mental health would improve. Your physical health would improve. Your emotional and spiritual health would improve, as well.

In fact, getting this one thing right can help you:

  • induce states of peace and relaxation
  • gain control over an erratic mind
  • protect you from panics and anxiety
  • detract attention from negative thoughts
  • slow and stabilize your heartbeat
  • increase attention and wakefulness
  • release built up tension in the body
  • decrease feelings of depression
  • combat ruminative thinking
  • savor feelings of enjoyment
  • overcome fits of insomnia
  • decrease blood pressure
  • and whole lot more

Sounds like a wonder-drug, doesn’t it?

Something you’d rush to the pharmacy to stock up on if you ever ran out?

Well, the good news is that you’ll never have to do that.

This ‘wonder-drug’ is available to you all the time. It’s free, it’s always accessible, it’s inexhaustible, and it’s easy to use.

It’s also the lowest common denominator in all the approaches to calming the body and mind.

Of course, I’m talking about breathing.

And if you’re like most people, there’s a good chance you’re doing it wrong.

Here’s one way to do it right — which is also a method that can help release accumulated stress in the body:

At least three times a day, breathe at a rhythm of six cycles per minute. Five seconds inhaling, five seconds exhaling.

Do this for five minutes. Repeat every day, 365 days a year.

That’s it.

That one simple practice will change your life forever.

It will also help you become more ‘aware’ of your breathing — which in and of itself will help you start breathing better.

Like I said…

Breathing is free, it’s always accessible, it’s inexhaustible, and it’s easy to use. You’d be a fool not to leverage it’s potential.

So go ahead and get breathing.

It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Halt right there!
