When it comes to waking up early…

There are two different categories of strategies.

The first category contains what I like to call “If I Could, I Would” (IICIW) strategies. These are strategies that require a high degree of willpower. Meaning they don’t necessarily work for all people all the time.

The second category contains what I like to “Nuclear” strategies. These are strategies that require little-to-no willpower at all. Meaning they will work for all people all the time. Hence the name ‘Nuclear’ to imply its severity.

No matter what strategy you use, it’s bound to fall into one of these two categories.

Here’s why this is important…

Most strategies you come across will likely be IICIW strategies. This includes strategies like “Avoid hitting the snooze button” or “Don’t go back to sleep.”

In other words, if I could do it, I would.

The problem with IICIW strategies is that they work for some, but not for others. And if you’re someone who lacks willpower, it’s likely IICIW strategies won’t work for you at all.

What do you do then?

How do you learn to wake up early if most strategies won't work for you?

Well, that’s where “Nuclear” strategies come into play.

And if you’re someone who’s tried and failed to wake up early before…

And you still want to make it a keystone habit in your life…

They may be the only option you have.

So what are these “Nuclear” strategies?

That, my friend, is something I’ll be sharing with you very, very soon.

Halt right there!
