Why 2020 Has Been a Kick-Ass and Stellar Year
Anyone else feeling like a winner?

Can you believe we’re already in October?
That’s 75% of 2020 come and gone.
For most, it’s been an absolute gong-show.
Turn on the news and you’d think we’d gone to hell.
But for a group of lucky others — myself included — 2020 has actually been quite pleasant and rewarding.
In fact, I daresay 2020 has been one of the most pleasant and rewarding years of my life.
Here are 2 reasons why 2020 has been a kick-ass and stellar year:
#1: 275 articles strong
Since the beginning of this year, I’ve written and published over 275 articles. Can you believe that?
On my 30 birthday (December 19th, 2019), I committed to writing one article per day until I turned 31.
Here we are more than 275 articles later. And in many ways, I’m only getting started ;)
#2: Said “Yes!” to opportunity
At the beginning of 2020, I lost every single one of my clients. I went from making $80k/year to $0/year in the blink of an eye.
It was stressful, but I also knew it was a silver lining.
Within a couple months, I rebounded and was filling in the gaps. And by June, I landed a dream client I’m still working with today.
Where one door closes, another swings wide open to let you in.
At least, that’s how it worked for me.

Sure, I could point out all the crap that went wrong for me this year. Like not keeping certain commitments to myself and that sort of thing.
But what good’s that gonna do?
The truth is…
I’ve been kicking ass this year.
I’ve been writing daily.
I’ve been learning and growing.
I’ve been mastering my craft.
I’ve been doing everything I can to get ahead.
And it’s paid off for me tremendously.
So even though 2020 might be a gong-show for most…
For me, it’s been one of the most pivotal years of my life.
