Look… you’re bored — I know.

But here’s the thing…

You’re only bored because you’re not used to time in solitude.

You’re not used to being cooped up with nothing to do… nowhere to go… no one to see… especially when it’s not clear how long it’ll last.

For some, this is easy. Time in isolation is absolute breeze.

But for others, it can be really, really tough.

And if you’re someone who’s finding it difficult, here’s a suggestion…

Read a book.

But not any book.

I’m talking about non-fiction here — something that’s going to help you grow… and if you stick around, I’ll give you my top two recommendations to get started with. But yes, non-fiction all the way.

Here’s why…

Right now, you have the option to do one of two things:

(1) Waste time, do nothing to better yourself, and come out the other end no better — perhaps even worse — than you were before, or…

(2) Use your time wisely, be intentional, learn something new, and become an absolute badass by the time everything blows over.

I like option #2… and I’m sure (deep down) you do, as well.

Reading great non-fiction helps you internalize new ideas and concepts that can change your mindset and redirect the entire course of your life.

And ALL YOU NEED is one simple nugget of wisdom from a book to change everything for you… your outlook… your purpose… your direction… your interests… your relationships… your finances… EVERYTHING.

One simple nugget of wisdom can completely change your life.

It’s happened for me, and it’s happened many, many times.

But if you waste your time consuming nonsense — endlessly streaming shows, constantly reading fear-based news, etc — you won’t get any of that.

In fact, you’ll be worse off than you were before.

Instead, make a commitment to be better.

Make a commitment to be stronger… more capable… and more driven.

Reading a good non-fiction book will do that for you.

So, without further ado…

Here are two non-fiction books that have impacted me the most…

… and if you read either of them, I’m confident you’ll be able to adopt a new growth-oriented mindset, change your relationship with your thoughts and emotions, and set the conditions to manifest abundance (no matter the conditions) in your life.

Ready for it? Here they are:

  1. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
  2. The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer

Pick up and read either of those books and watch as your entire life changes before your eyes. Both of them have made a profound impact on my life, and I suspect if you read them, they’ll do the same for you.

That’s it, folks.

Now grab a good book and get readin’!

Halt right there!

If you enjoyed this daily musing, why not show it some love or share your thoughts below? Either way, you’re awesome & I appreciate you reading 😊
